The Stumbling Subway Staircase

The 36th street station in New York is home to a very unique staircase phenomena that makes this stair set unique from any other city. And it’s actually a quite dubious distinction.

One of the stairs is a fraction of an inch higher than the other stairs causing commuters to slightly trip almost 100% of the time. Dean Peterson wanted to share the phenomena, so he set up a camera to show the world what happens in this specific spot.
