How Do You Sleep?

Who in the world doesn’t sleep? Well, we have to be some kind half alien or mutant if don’t snooze at all! Science says that adequate sleep needs to be around eight hours. But, did you know that human beings (yes, that’s our species–Home sapiens) are the only mammals “that willingly delays sleep”? However, no matter how much we do, we can never ever help but take doze for a couple of hours (and even more hours for some).
