If you thought that receiving phone calls from your credit card company was bad enough, then you clearly should not get a Capital One card anytime soon. One recent report confirms that their updated contractor specifies that they are able to contact customers “in any manner we choose” — including phone calls, emails, text messages, faxes or A PERSONAL VISIT.
Can you imagine that? You programmed their phone numbers into your cell phone’s contacts. You have already trained your kids not to pick up the house phone when they call. But, what will do you now that they can basically show up at your front door whenever they want? Ding dong…Capital One at the door. Scary. You’ll never look at Capital One commercials (like the one above) the same again.
What do you think?
